Shipping and Delivery:

Not all our products qualify for Free Shipping. Only products that have "Free Shipping " specified on their description qualify for this Free Shipping Offer. Offer applies to customers living on the UK Mainland with no weight restriction per shipment. Scottish Highlands are limited to 15kg per shipment and will take a little longer to arrive on this offer.

FOC Shipping - Excludes: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Eire, EU and the rest of the world.

All orders from overseas, including all Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Eire, EU and the rest of the world will be based on location and will be charged at our own strictly cost price. You will however be notified of any additional Shipping Charges prior to your order being dispatched and confirmation of acceptance will then be required (see note below).

To avoid overcharging our customers - our policy will be to receive the order for the goods required in the normal way via our Shopping Cart and Payment Provider (which is now mandatory to have) and then we will contact customers, especially those overseas, and advise them of the actual shipping costs on the goods ordered. If that shipping cost is acceptable to the customer, we will then require a further authorisation for payment on those shipping charges via email/in writing before those goods ordered can be dispatched.

We hope that this method will work for both the Customer and our own Company - we will strive to improve this service over time.

Some shipping costs may be less than those stated on the web site and will be adjusted accordingly on your invoice by our Team.

GOODS: Returns and Replacements:

If, upon receipt, you find that the items have been damaged in transit please do not sign for the item as received in good condition – give it back to the courier. If you have been supplied incorrectly, please contact us right away. We will accept the item(s) back and send a replacement and refund reasonable costs. We will not issue a credit for damaged goods.
We are unable to accept responsibility for damage if the goods have been signed for and accepted in 'Good Condition'...or left at customers request without a signature.

Items not required or ordered in error:

We will accept returns for items that you asses as unsuitable, no longer required or have been ordered in error, providing that they are returned in the original unused condition (you have 14 days in which to return these goods). In these circumstances, you are liable for return carriage charges. The risk in the goods remains with you from delivery to receipt by us, only in very exceptional circumstances will we arrange collection, you will still be liable for the return carriage even if we arrange the collection.


Subject to the above, we will issue a refund for the amount paid within 28 days of receipt of the items detailed on your notification of Return/Order Cancellation.

Refunds will be made by the same method as payment.


There are exceptions to the standard Returns Policies, with certain items being excluded as follows:
